Join the adventure at Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm as one of our Chefs of the Wild, creating high quality food for our Food Barn, Farm Shop, and bespoke catering events – from daytime conferences to exclusive evening functions, (while these events are occasional, we’re looking to develop and expand this offering).
What you could be doing:
* Cook fresh, delicious food in a fast-paced environment.
* Play a key role in our growing, dynamic kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
* Deliver creative, high-quality menus for daily service and special catering events.
* Maintain top-tier food hygiene, stock control, and kitchen cleanliness.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and refine menus.
What we are looking for:
* Reliable and skilled chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Experience in high-volume catering and event menus.
* Ability to take direction well and work efficiently as part of a collaborative kitchen team.
* Food Hygiene Certification and relevant Chef qualifications.
* Bakery skills would be a great plus!

Work Pattern:
This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm.
Evening functions and some weekend work may be requested for special events and holiday cover.
Depending on age and experience, salary could range from £10.00 - £12.30 per hour.
