Job Description:
1. Plan and manage catering services to meet customer demands.
2. Decide on the range and quality of meals and beverages offered.
3. Organize food preparation and coordinate with staff for timely service.
4. Discuss requirements for special occasions and customize services accordingly.
5. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
6. Oversee the purchasing of supplies and materials.
7. Maintain accurate records for accounts and manage budget limits effectively.
8. Manage shop assistants and overlook the work progression of all the workers.
9. Verify that food, beverages, and service quality meet the required standards.
10. Ensure kitchen and dining areas are clean and comply with statutory hygiene regulations.
11. Direct and organize kitchen, waiting, and counter staff to ensure smooth operations.
