About the role
Our Team Leaders support the management team with the everyday running of a busy store and team. You will be supporting with:
1. Leading and motivating your team
2. Delivering great Customer Service
3. Encouraging the team to hit their KPIs
4. Ensuring great company standards
5. Visual merchandising
6. Being a Brand Ambassador!
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous supervisory/Team Leader experience
2. Ability to motivate a team
3. Good organisational skills
4. A passion for selling and customer engagement
5. An interest in visual merchandising
6. Clothing experience - desirable but not essential!
7. Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude
