Please note: this role involves travel, with weekly travel to your nearest office and ad-hoc travel to project locations – therefore anyone interested must be prepared to travel across the UK frequently, on a bi-weekly basis. This could range from London to Scotland as an example.

What you’ll do:
As a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager at adidas, you will lead the visual strategy for high-profile stores across our retail and wholesale partners, including our iconic flagships throughout the UK & IRE.
You'll report into the Senior Director Omni Channel Marketing and manage a team of 4 Regional VM Managers, ensuring the successful implementation of European Visual Merchandising strategies to achieve outstanding commercial return.

Skills you’ll need:
* 5 years’ management experience with a proven ability to lead and inspire a VM management team, setting clear goals to execute VM guidelines.
* Proven ability to develop and align VM strategies to business objectives, driving performance across own retail and wholesale locations.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience working across owned or partner doors, managing performance expectations with 3rd party Agency VM team and consistently driving and tracking progress toward targets.
* Experience and ability to effectively collaborate within a matrix organisation, demonstrating strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
* Previous experience with budget management.
