About the role Coach and develop a team of assistant managers & assistants to be key subject matter experts in support & implementation of a project, or lead a delivery team to accurately create, schedule & publish all products or promotions appearing across the web, App and in store ordering selling channels. Accountable to ensure the appropriate data led execution, tests, customer feedback & market insight have been applied to any projects or activity & reviewed with partner teams. Improve the customer experience & performance of the collective team, through reviewing ways of working and instilling a continuous improvement & learning culture, aligning this with the future functional strategies & programmes. Work with all areas of Digital to hit our growth ambitions, building & maintaining strong relationships to partner with the development and implementation teams to deliver what is needed for our customers & colleagues. What you’ll need to have We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers. Has a pragmatic approach with operational experience and an understanding and exposure to digital systems. Existing knowledge of leading projects or a production style team is highly preferable to support the Digital Services department, peers and the growth over the coming years. Develop colleagues Improve deliverables & engagement in a fast paced environment. Flexible & available to work out of hours, early mornings, late evenings and provide escalation support where required to the wider Digital team.
