About Us
At Charity Digital our mission is simple: we help other charities increase impact and achieve charitable objectives by empowering them to be more digital by creating educational resources, such as articles or videos, and running events in partnership with tech companies and other organisations that upskill charity professionals and volunteers, inspiring them to share those skills and make changes in their organisations.
* Providing access to tools and technologies charities need at non-profit discount rates.
* Over the last six years, we have made great strides in bridging the gap between the technology sector and UK charities. We do this by working with technology partners and running grant-funded training programmes. Our partners include popular software brands such as Salesforce, Microsoft, and Avast and this role will continue to build this portfolio.

With a strategic mindset and fantastic business development skills, you will be capable of opening doors, growing revenue, and ensuring great partnerships are built and maintained. With a collaborative style, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and promote our propositions.
You will have strong communication skills which are key to understanding our partners’ needs. Expert at establishing and growing trusted relationships with partners, you will take ownership and ensure marketing campaigns achieve commercial goals and have a positive impact on our charity audience.
You will need to be incredibly organised, with good time management and adaptability skills and be capable of leading and managing your team to achieve their objectives.
Lastly, you’ll be passionate: you’ll love working in, and with, the charity sector and will constantly look to introduce and improve processes for the charity and its partnerships to drive more impact.

* Building out marketing campaign proposals using your knowledge of our offerings, balancing what will deliver the best value to our partners to create the best impact to our charity audience.
* Working closely with other members of the SLT to develop and support various initiatives and to promote the charity; contributing to the budgeting and reporting process; contributing to the Grants committee, identifying and supporting the application and maintenance of funding grants and such other projects as may arise from time to time.
* Delivering and reporting progress against Objectives and Key Results.
Required experience:
Proven business development track record within a B2B marketing environment.
