The Philharmonia Orchestra seeks an Orchestra Personnel Manager to oversee musician coordination, rehearsal logistics, and concert management.
Responsibilities include:
1. Scheduling musicians
2. Managing personnel issues
3. Ensuring smooth rehearsals and performances
4. Liaising with conductors, soloists, and venue staff
5. Administrative duties such as attendance tracking and processing musician pay
The position is full-time, based in London, with evening and weekend work required according to the orchestra’s schedule. Applicants should have experience in orchestra management or a related field and strong organisational and communication skills.
