At Web Best Practice, we specialise in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions to businesses, helping them optimise their online presence and marketing strategies. As an apprentice, you’ll develop essential marketing skills, work on real campaigns, and gain a qualification while earning.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
* Scheduling meetings with internal/external stakeholders to understand campaign requirements
* Using Google Analytics and SEO tools to monitor website performance and user behaviour.
* Email Marketing – Creating and managing email campaigns, testing website/landing page effectiveness.
* Social Media Marketing – Assisting with social media management and post scheduling, designing creative materials with Canva.
* Tracking competitor activity and identifying trends in the industry
* SEO & Website Management – Helping improve website rankings, working with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
* Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
* Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
* Passionate and creative
* Experience with Canva either in school or personally
* Interested in creativity (maybe social media, posters)
* Interested in learning the analytical side of marketing like SEO / Data
