About this job opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic In-house Media Relations and Social Media Manager to support our profile. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our public relations, promoting our design projects, and elevating the profile of Rabih Hage himself. In addition, you’ll be an essential part of showcasing our Rabih Hage Bursary, a newly launched initiative supporting creative talents and social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage public and media relations for the studio, design projects, and Rabih Hage’s personal profile.
2. Develop and implement strategic media outreach plans to increase visibility and awareness across both traditional and digital platforms.
3. Curate content for and manage social media platforms, ensuring our messaging aligns with the studio’s brand and values.
4. Work closely with internal teams to promote the recently launched Rabih Hage Bursary.
5. Craft compelling written content for press releases and other communications.
6. Engage with and build relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers, especially in the luxury and design sectors.
7. Collaborate with the team on planning and promoting events, launches, and special initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Experience working with charities and social impact initiatives.
2. Knowledge and experience in the luxury market, with a particular focus on architecture and interior design.
3. Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, with the ability to create engaging content and manage day-to-day posts.
5. Previous PR experience and established connections within the Interiors and Architecture press is a plus.
6. Event planning experience is beneficial but not essential.
7. Flexible part-time role, ideal for someone seeking a balance between professional growth and personal commitments.
