Brand Manager
EMR is delighted to be working with a leading global specialist pharmaceutical and luxury skincare company to support their search for a Brand Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis for a 12-month duration.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing and brand professional to take the lead on customer segmentation, brand positioning, and brand marketing, while carrying out various engagement projects globally.
The company operates a generous hybrid working model, consisting of two days of office attendance and the remainder working remotely. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute brand strategies to drive brand awareness, equity, and growth across owned, paid, and earned channels.
* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand strategies across product development, marketing, and events.
* Review and redefine customer segmentation work to meet changing business needs.
* Lead media planning and buying globally, utilising existing relationships with media owners and negotiating rates.
* Review and develop brand partnerships strategy, selecting and driving initiatives forward for the business globally.
* Develop and deliver brand-specific marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Measure and analyse the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives using data-driven insights.
* Liaise with scientific and technical teams to establish and distil concepts for briefing creative teams.
* Lead messaging and communications for advertising campaigns and press releases.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
* Proven expertise in developing core marketing activities, ideally with complex concepts in an international setting.
* Experience leading marketing teams, including developing people, infrastructure, and tools for long-term success.
* A strong understanding of online retail/e-commerce and targeted advertising across digital platforms.
* A demonstrated hands-on approach to marketing, leading campaigns from the front and actively contributing work alongside strategy.
* Natural and honed creative talent, capable of capturing and communicating novel ideas.
* Leadership within a fast-moving organisation, with a recognised entrepreneurial streak and experience engaging audiences across multiple regions internationally.
Salary range: £60,000-£65,000.
