Learn more about Enitial by clicking here. Job Description: Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager this role is an exciting new position within the Project Delivery Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Enitial's projects in the South East and South Coast of the UK working alongside Account Executives and data team members. Important skills candidates must have is great communication skills, a keen eye for detail and excellent organisation and time management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of Utilities projects in the area ensuring key works information and scheduling is communicated through to the technician field team in a timely manner; Produce monthly schedules conducting routine/reactive updates ensuring its accuracy and details are in line with the job database and client requirements. Liaise with field staff on their respective schedules, raising non-conformances and escalating issues through to their respective Area Manager and/or Team Leader; Request and ensure all Southern Water bottle orders and collections are made ahead of projects; Troubleshoot and report information through to line management offering ideas and mitigation on resourcing shortfalls, pinch points and availability; Collaborate/liaise with Account Executives to ensure and review works to be scheduled can be completed in line with the client’s aspirations; Work collaboratively with the Technical team on rolling out new data systems, technology and services to the field teams; Provide support to other members of the Field Services team including data, scheduling and financial duties; Skills, Qualifications and Experience: At least 1 years scheduling or data management experience Desirable not Essential; Working knowledge and understanding of Environmental data processing / report writing Desirable not Essential Good understanding of FLS Desirable not Essential Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
