We are recruiting on behalf of our well-known client in the Telford area. Due to an increase in orders, they are looking for a Sales/Profile Administrator to join their team in head office.
Job Specification
1. Liaise with accounts to ensure sales invoices are recorded & purchase invoices are paid.
2. Process sales orders ensuring that all data is correct to customers' orders; liaise with credit control to ensure customers' accounts are kept up to date.
3. Raise proforma invoices.
4. Review sales orders to ensure that they can be released and are sent to production; raise outsourcing & purchase orders for the Profiles Department.
5. Goods and service receivables, attaching all relating documentation and certificates.
6. Maintain logs and spreadsheets of goods and consumables purchased.
7. Communicate with company suppliers of goods and services; run reports for management via ERP and Excel.
8. Keep and maintain employee personnel files up to date; prepare paperwork for stock take.
9. Liaise with other departments, team members, and managers to implement company goals and policies.
10. Maintain health & safety standards set by the company.
11. Work well within the team environment; willingness to carry out any reasonable task requested by their line manager.
Experience/Requirements
1. Excellent communication and relationship skills.
2. Skilled in English and Maths.
3. Experienced in Microsoft package and have good computing skills.
4. Must be able to work under own initiative and have attention to detail.
5. Must be able to work well under pressure and prioritize workload accordingly.
The Package
1. Working hours: 07:30 till 16:00, 08:00-16:30 (Flexible hours).
2. Salary: £12.50 - £13.00.
3. Full time, 12-week temp to perm.
