Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, thriving Leicestershire-based company who are looking to recruit a fluent German Speaking Customer Care Advisor to their expanding team.
Our client is offering a fantastic basic salary of c£25,000 D.O.E. There are great career progression opportunities with this role and training will also be provided.
Responsibilities
* Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
* Support with general administration tasks as required
* Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the overseas customer support area
* Responsible for new customer account set up process and customers account management
Skills & Experience
* Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in German essential
* Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
* Experience in a specific telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous
* Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
* Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
Hours: Monday – Friday, (8:30 – 16:30)
