The Role: Sales Account Manager
Zimpli Kids are pioneers in the kids bath and sensory play category, and we are looking to hire an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our successful team. As part of a growing company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers in the UK & Ireland, increasing customer base and identifying new opportunities when they arise.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Seeking out and identifying new business opportunities, to develop them into profitable and sustainable relationships.
2. Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, using our bespoke CRM system.
3. Monitoring customer sales performance and acting as required.
4. Achieving sales targets.
5. Attending UK Tradeshows when required.
6. Maximising sales and profit growth on all accounts.
7. Providing solutions to customer queries in a timely manner.
8. Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
Successful Candidates Will Have To Show
1. A proven track record in FMCG sales.
2. Confidence to develop new customer relationships and build on existing ones.
3. Confident and friendly telephone manner.
4. A passion for sales and a desire to attract new customers.
5. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
6. A friendly and approachable nature.
7. Ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
8. Articulate with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
9. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
