Care New England is seeking an experienced clinical leader to serve as the Medical Director of Integra, our ACO, while providing primary care to adults at our established office in Rhode Island. This is a unique opportunity to practice as a primary care clinician while helping to lead and execute on the higher-level strategies of the ACO.
Position Spotlight
* Provides strategic direction and oversight in clinical areas to build and expand programs, establish guidelines, and coordinate specialty-related activities in conjunction with clinical and administrative leadership across the ACO.
* Supports the development and sustainment of clinical initiatives and impacts clinical strategies and workflows that promote practice and patient satisfaction, improving value-based healthcare delivery.
* Primary care office is supported by residents, medical assistants, office manager, and virtual scribes, plus other great support programs.
* Position breakdown: 50% outpatient primary care with dedicated patient charting time and 50% protected administrative time as the Medical Director.
