The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including cases involving catastrophic injuries, and work closely with the Head of Clinical Negligence to ensure the highest standards of legal service.Areas of Work:
* Handling a diverse range of clinical negligence claims, from initial investigation to settlement or trial.
* Providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
* Liaising with medical experts, barristers, and other professionals to build strong cases and negotiate settlements.
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies.
* Collaborating with the Clinical Negligence team to share knowledge and support junior members of the team.
