Overview
Primarily responsible for rate sheet, secondary market reporting, and supporting lock desk workflow by utilizing the pricing engine and investor websites. Responsible for supporting secondary market functions regarding reporting, policies, procedures, and implementation with all guidelines set forth.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Lock loan rates and pricing with investors for individual loans. Monitor margins to ensure target margins are met on an individual loan basis.
2. Monitor secondary marketing inbox and respond to emails in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Answer phone calls and voicemails in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Support origination channels throughout the loan process on pricing and lock policy questions and concerns.
5. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field, or equivalent related experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer and data entry skills.
Broad knowledge of spreadsheet databases, word processing, and MS Office software.
1 - 2+ years of customer service experience.
Mortgage industry experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service skills.
