Head of B2C Sales

A globally recognised brand is looking for a Head of B2C Sales. Proven experience in a B2C sales management role is essential. Experience in managing project-based sales and retail channels is desired.
Responsibilities:
1. Effectively plan and implement the company’s regional B2C strategy in line with HQ directives.
2. Develop key relationships with clients and grow the client base in line with company strategies.
3. Plan and implement customer retention and development in line with company drives and initiatives.
4. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of B2C strategy, costs, and results.
5. Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors, and communicate all company policy and procedures.
6. Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
7. Develop strong and lasting relationships with internal company Directors/colleagues and key clients.
8. Motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
9. Demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement.
10. Display a pro-active approach and be a ‘solution finder’.
11. Communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner.
12. Work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
