Your Role: As a Trainee Lettings Administrator/Negotiator, You’ll to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings and property inspections, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress the administration and compliance on all Lets, through to completion. General office duties of answering telephone calls, walk in enquiries, updating window and websites, supporting Manager with admin tasks. What We're Looking For: Preferably an experienced sales person, Exceptional customer care/service experience, Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Hold a Full UK driving license.
