About the Role
As aClinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our clients non-GP clinical workforce acrossHuddersfield, Leeds, and Wakefield. This role blendsclinical expertise with operational leadership, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and supervise clinical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
? Develop clinical pathways and protocols for enhanced service delivery.
? Support service mobilisation and continuous improvement.
? Promote clinical excellence throughmentorship, audit, and professional development.
? Contribute to organisational governance and strategic goals.
? Maintain clinical practice within client services to keep your expertise relevant.

Qualifications Essential
?Professional clinical qualification registered with: General Pharmaceutical Council GPhC OR Nursing and Midwifery Council NMC OR Health and Care Professions Council HCPC.
?Masters level clinical practitioner qualification PGDip or MSc.
?Independent prescriber qualification.
?Leadership AND / OR Management Qualification OR willing to work towards a leadership / management qualification.

?Registered Clinician(NMC, HCPC, GPhC)
? Strong leadership & operational management skills
? Experience leading clinical teams & driving service improvements
? Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
