Our holiday park has a Scottish Tourism 5 Star rating. It offers self-catering accommodation for rental as well as touring and tent pitches. We are seeking a confident individual to fulfil the key role of office assistant in our busy park. About the Job… You will be responsible for assisting the office manager in the daily operations of both the holiday and residential parks. You will meet guests from around the world and interact with our over 50’s residents. You will oversee our social media and booking platforms as well as a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. There will be plenty of opportunities to learn new skills. Duties will include: Social media and advertising: Creating social media posts creating blogs, manage park website and third-party booking/advertising sites, e-shots and capture images from around the park. You will become an expert in Adobe 365 and WordPress for these tasks. Finance: Process expenses, invoices and payments and accurately using Google Sheets. Compliance: Ensuring all servicing, maintenance and training records are kept up to date and shared securely on our Google drive. Operations: Administer and liaise with 3rd party for company HR processes using BrightHR Software, ensuring all staff records are kept up to date. Provide administrative support for the Directors and Office Manager as required including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, creating reports or any other tasks as required. Customer Service: Using our inhouse Camp Manager Software you will assist with holiday park day-to-day operations, such as create bookings, check in customers and operate online booking system. You will also deal with customer and resident queries/complaints in a friendly and helpful manner. Working week: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (the hours may increase slightly in high season) (total of 37hrs a week) there will be a requirement to work weekends on a rotational basis in peak season.
