Job summary
The post holder will provide advanced customer focused administrative support by contributing to the provision of comprehensive Salary Sacrifice and other Benefit Schemes, supporting the effective operation of the department by providing high quality and professional administrative service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
1. Receiving and responding professionally to routine and sometimes complex queries from staff regarding the benefit scheme.
2. Liaise with the NWSSP Payroll Departments to request payroll salary checks per application for each benefit scheme and query any other relevant salary/financial information, dealing proficiently with any escalated or more complicated requests or issues.
3. Effectively utilise the electronic Purchase Order System to process standard requisitions and more complex requisitions for the purpose of exceptional invoices, receipt accordingly, ensuring accuracy in order to enable successful clearance of invoices.
