Programme Manager - Housing Association based in Newcastle - Permanent Role - £60,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Business Development, Communications and Change Team. We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the post of Programme Manager. This is a new post, and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a significant change programme we are about to initiate.
The Programme Manager will be the programme lead for a change programme that aims to improve our internal processes to ensure that we deliver the best possible services to our customers in a way that drives value for money and excellence. Leading a matrix team of operational experts and enabling team members such as digital and tech experts, business analysts, project managers, and other supporting teams, the Programme Manager will utilise agile methodology to ensure the complex programme is delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning and execution of the core Change programme.
2. Define and communicate the long-term programme vision, orchestrating the detailed planning activities to ensure programme milestones are met.
3. Apply professional standards and practices in agile and change methodologies.
4. Lead a matrix team of change, project, and subject matter experts.
5. Oversee business case and budget management and ensure value realisation strategy is executed.

2. Collaborate closely with and support others in the team, creating a team environment that enables everyone to perform at their best.
3. Act as a role model for the Group's values and culture.
4. Embed structural and cultural business change and service improvement through collaboration and implementation of service strategies and plans.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Must be able to follow agile principles.
2. 5+ years of experience in a similar role along with demonstrable achievements.
3. Relevant budget management experience.
4. Relevant value realisation experience.
