DESCRIPTION At Mollie’s, our Managers are strong leaders who must be customer obsessed, warm, welcoming and quality service focused individuals who are passionate about exceeding guest expectations and capable of empowering their teams; They need to be driven, work well under pressure, have an acute attention to detail and possess the commercial acumen to manage their team against agreed KPIs, controls and high standards; The role requires strong leadership to manage, train and develop a team of up to 20 people, ensuring the site meets and exceeds the needs of its guests and cultivates a high performing team orientated culture; You will report to the Diner Manager with responsibility over running the front of house, back of house and collaborating with the kitchen team.
