Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to support a dynamic team? We’re looking for an experienced administrator to provide essential support to our commercial team. In this role, you'll work closely with the commercial team while assisting other project teams, managing diaries, organising meetings, and maintaining an up-to-date digital filing system. You'll also handle correspondence, process purchase orders, and manage invoices. As well as ensure accurate data entry into web-based management systems, take minutes during meetings, and uphold Bromford’s policies and procedures, promoting the Bromford DNA in all you do. We want someone who naturally looks to help others. Someone who can independently think around a problem or work collaboratively with other departments. Coming up with solutions whilst delivering the best customer experience possible. This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from any of our offices in Lichfield, Wolverhampton, Tewkesbury or Chipping Sodbury. A basic DBS check is required. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Hands-on experience in an administrative role Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint A basic understanding of the COINS operating system is a plus Detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
