Our client is a major force within the manufacturing sector. Due to growth, they are now recruiting for a HR Business Partner.
The Role
1. The role is managing the delivery of a site HR service ensuring the development and consistent application of HR policies and procedures to optimise employee performance.
2. To manage the provision a full site HR service, incorporating employee relations, training and development.
3. To ensure operations are within group policies and procedures, legislative requirements and in line with best practice.
4. To provide advice and guidance to management, with regards to policies and procedures for managing HR.
5. Will report to the Site Manager and Head of HR overseeing around 100 staff onsite.
