3. Processing invoices and payment requests.
4. Reconciling accounts payable transactions.
5. Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures.
6. Preparing reports detailing accounts payable status.
7. Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues.
8. Ensuring timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers.
9. Maintaining vendor files and correspondences.
10. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
11. Knowledge and experience in account reconciliation and data analysis.
12. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
14. Knowledge of accounting software systems.
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
