Customer Success Specialist
Location - Colchester
FULL TIME
IMMEDIATE START
A background in customer service and or sales is preferred. However, we hire on attitude, passion, and personality, so previous customer service or sales experience is not paramount! This is a very customer-centric role, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face. We are looking for individuals that will go above and beyond to deliver and who are determined to be the best.
Customer Success Specialist Role:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the face and voice of our clients. You will be responsible for engaging customers and promoting clients' products and services. You will effectively be a brand ambassador, learning and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients in a confident, charismatic and professional manner.
Your day will be a variety of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings, and one promise we make is that no two days are alike.
* Your development is important to us - we help people to achieve their development goals by offering internal and external courses, regular coaching sessions, access to industry networking events, and a personal mentor, all bespoke to you.

Customer Success Specialist Requirements:
* Able to commute to our office in Colchester (This role cannot be done remotely)
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
* Basic IT skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Capability to think outside the box and get creative
* A strong work ethic and desire to go above and beyond to meet all targets and objectives
