Established in 1998, air cool engineering (NI) Ltd specialises in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC and renewable energy systems, in commercial and domestic applications.
The Role / Duties
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Service Administrator. The successful candidate must be a team player and able to work unsupervised.
The role will require a range of administrative support duties to Engineers, Supervisors, and Contract Managers.
Responsibilities will include:
1. General office administration.
2. Planning and scheduling routine Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive calls.
3. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
4. Data input of timesheets on a daily basis for all engineers.
5. Managing vehicle tracking reports.
6. Ensure all quotes are compiled and returned to customers within KPI limits set.
7. Preparing purchase orders and processing invoices.
8. Managing incoming emails, post, and telephone calls.
To fulfil this key role within an established team, you will demonstrate through your application that you meet the essential criteria as listed below:
1. 5 x GCSE’s Grade A-C (including English and Maths).
2. Minimum of one year office experience.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am -5pm, Friday 8am – 4pm
Although not essential, it would be beneficial if you could demonstrate that you had one or all of the following skills/experience:
1. Relevant experience within the Construction Industry.
2. Previous experience with a Service Management Software.
3. Previous experience with Sage.
