Under the leadership of our new CPO, we are expanding our growing and efficient HR team to include a new role of HR Advisor to transform the way we support the F1 racing team and wider business here at AMF1.

What You'll Do
* Partner with senior HR leaders to provide comprehensive support across Engineering, Aerodynamics, Performance Engineering, and other technical areas.
* Drive organisational growth by building capabilities aligned with our broader business strategy.
* Be a first point of contact for employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
* Champion training and development initiatives, empowering team members and managers to achieve excellence.
* Contribute to key projects, from performance reviews to cultural enhancements, while maintaining high professional standards.
* Analyse workforce data to identify trends and propose solutions, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with budget targets.
What You Bring
* HR Expertise : Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it), with strong HR experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
* Motorsport Exposure- You will be supporting our Technical areas of our Formula One Team
* Legal Knowledge : Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR policies.
* Communication Skills : Confident, approachable, and professional, able to build relationships at all levels.
* Adaptability : Agile and composed under pressure, ready to tackle challenges and deliver results.
* Collaborative Spirit : A team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
