You will have a background in nutrition, exercise, health improvement,adult and/or family weight management and be an excellent team player and havea willingness to learn and develop.

Main duties of the job
1. Deliver ABL Healths Healthy Lifestyles service, through one-to-ones, in the community, and through digital methods such as Zoom/Teams or phone appointments.
2. Deliver evidence-based education around nutrition, physical activity and behavioural change as advised by ABL Health team and in line with ABL Health programme curriculums.
3. Deliver programmes with a client-centred approach using skills of positive psychology and motivational interviewing.
4. Deliver the 1001 days and Healthy Workplace service
5. Monitor client's progress through regular consultation and with the use of Microsoft excel, identifying specific treatments for those not on track to achieve their goals.
6. Work with clients and stakeholders to co-produce in-session materials
7. Contribute to the contract performance report by submitting regular case studies to the project lead.
8. Contribute to and support ABL Healths social media pages.
9. Contribute to training and support new staff and volunteers.
10. Working with individuals and groups using SMART goal-setting.
11. Keep detailed files, recording data accurately, ensuring all forms and other documentation is completed correctly.
12. Have a thorough understanding of ABL Health policies and procedures.
13. Engage and recruit potential clients at promotional and community events.
14. Contribute to ongoing service development needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
15. Deliver ABL Healths adult weight management programme including nutrition, behaviour change and exercise delivery to groups and one-to-ones, in the community and through digital methods such as zoom/phone appointments.
16. Lead on the delivery of multi-disciplinary assessments working closely with ABLs GP and Psychotherapist to determine an appropriate, person centred care plan.
17. Deliver evidence-based education around nutrition, physical activity and behavioural change as advised by ABL Health team and in line with ABL Health programme curriculums.
18. Deliver programmes with a client centred approach using skills of positive psychology and motivational interviewing.
19. Monitor clients progress through regular consultation and with the use of Microsoft excel, identifying specific treatment for those not on track to achieve their goals.
20. Assess and support eligible clients in your caseload to receive a referral to tier 4 for bariatric surgery, remaining up to date with NICE guidance at all times.
21. Work with clients and stakeholders to co-produce in session materials.
22. Contribute to the contract performance report by submitting regular case studies to the project lead.

Person Specification
Qualifications
Essential
36. Educated to degree level or relevant equivalent experience.
37. CIMSPA (previously REPS) qualified Level 2 Gym instructor/Group
38. exercise award or equivalent.
39. Registration with CIMSPA (this can be obtained within 6 months of employment).
Desirable
40. Sports Coaching qualification.
41. REPS qualified Level 3 award of GP/Exercise Referral or equivalent (willingness to be trained within 4 months of
42. starting).

43. Experience of delivering groups and/or one-to-one specialist weight management interventions.
44. Experience of planning and delivering appropriate health interventions specific to individual requirements.
45. Experience working with hard-to-reach groups and tackling health inequalities.
46. Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team.

48. Experience of delivering digital health improvement initiatives.
