The Marketing Manager, 12-month maternity cover, will be responsible for contributing to business-critical, commercial focused cross-functional projects, ensuring the successful implementation of ABM-like campaigns and marketing budget administration. You'll manage a team of four that covers Field Marketing and Content operations globally. This position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing and works closely with the regional sales organization(s). They'll partner with wider marketing team to support a wide range of programs that ensure qualified lead production an continued growth across our three main regions: North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. This is an office-based position which will require regular travel to the IDBS office in Woking, UK. In this role you'll have an opportunity to: Oversee a team of three regionally based Field Marketing associates to ensure successful delivery of events in a B2B environment. These may be virtual and in-person tradeshows, roundtables, VIP events, user group meeting and webinars, designed to enhance our brand familiarity and product awareness in target areas. Plan and, in collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team, support the implementation of tactical digital campaigns and related multi-channel, targeted/ABM-like campaigns to help meet marketing and pipeline objectives for a business-critical project. Oversee the Content Operations associate to ensure accurate and organized creation and management of Marketing content & collateral, which includes creation and updating of website pages and landing pages to support new content and campaigns and managing of third-party contractors. Support campaign & results analyses for the channels within the team’s scope for regular reporting and so learnings can be used for future campaign optimization. Work with the Finance analyst to maintain accurate monthly forecasts of total Marketing spend to budget. Use the DBS (Danaher Business System) to review, evaluate, and improve results on key targets and quality metrics for all initiatives. The essential requirements of the job include: Degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, event marketing, public relations, business or previous relevant business experience. Experienced in marketing and in management. Experience in the management of B2B events and field marketing. Good understanding of digital marketing; Some understanding of, or experience with, ABM would be beneficial. Demonstrated knowledge of budget management and vendor negotiation or management. Effective verbal and written communications skills; Proven analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability. Attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement. Strong time and stakeholder management skills, results-oriented and able to work with minimal guidance; Ability to manage internal and external resources to effectively complete programs. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: SaaS B2B marketing, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries. MarTech technology (marketing technology), including Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, WRIKE, and analytics/reporting tools like Dreamdata.
