We are looking for a professional administrator to join our Timberpak team in Leeds. Timberpak is a wood recycling business that supplies EGGER UK and contributes to our sustainable goals. Alongside working with great people, you will be part of a global, family-run company that invests in its people. Your Tasks Perform an administrative function to the Timberpak business including dealing with incoming calls and face-to-face contact with external deliveries. Deal with customer requests for bin exchanges, booking the work onto the system, and scheduling this work for the collection vehicles. Carry out the functions associated with the operation of a weighbridge using SAP (training will be provided). Supplying purchasing and goods receipts as required. Our Requirements Relevant experience in a similar role would be preferred but not essential. Previous use of Microsoft products would be an advantage, however training could be provided. Good standard of secondary education. Good attention to detail. Well organized, efficient, personable, and have a good, confident telephone manner. Able to work 08:30 – 16:30hrs, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) and on occasion be able to cover for holidays and sickness.
