Salary: c £35,000.00 + benefits
Summary:
Supporting, developing and motivating a team of 5 to 6 telesales executives to deliver key objectives and KPIs to achieve a high level of customer service standards and maximise sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a team to deliver sales revenue, conversion, quality and people related targets
2. Complete call and email quality checks within the team
3. Provide coaching and support to the team
4. Able to identify process improvements for efficiency, productivity and the customer experience
5. Managing all aspects of small-scale projects
Experience:
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced sales environment
2. Strong leadership and people skills with an excellent coaching ability
3. Track record of delivering targets and working towards KPIs
4. Knowledge of CRM operating packages
5. Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
6. Able to resolve customer escalations and complex issues
