The Job:
We are currently looking for a Property Coordinator to work alongside the Director, responsible for a small portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Maidenhead. This is a pivotal role, ensuring a warm and professional service to our tenants whilst maintaining the effective provision of facilities and services of the assigned properties.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with all Tenants
* Reply to enquiries for new tenancies and conduct viewings
* Oversee efficient onboarding and exiting procedures for all tenants
* Oversee the effective provision of facilities and services in each of the assigned properties
* Participate in development and refurbishment projects across the properties as required
* Maintain the H&S provisions and records for the properties, providing recommendations to the Director on relevant courses of actions
* Organise and lead the day-to-day efforts of the groundsmen and any suppliers/tradesmen engaged to work on the properties
* Monitor the services of the cleaning suppliers to ensure standards are maintained per contractual agreements
* Maintain all Property Reports and schedules, providing timely reports to the Director as required.
The role will be conveniently based in the centre of Maidenhead but will require regular travel to monitor and maintain the nearby assigned properties.
Core hours must cover mornings but some flexibility with start and finish times may be considered. Full or part-time options may also be considered for the right candidates. A competitive salary package will be pro-rated accordingly.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have some experience in property related roles, with experience in facilities coordination and lettings coordination being highly regarded. You will have a strong eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised, proactive and confident working independently and as part of a small team.
A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential due to frequent travel within the role.
