If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Coach to join our team and support the delivery of Stoke-on-Trent City Council’s Leisure and Wellbeing Services. This rewarding role focuses on delivering Smoking Cessation Programmes, empowering residents to quit smoking and make healthier choices to enhance their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver the Smoking Cessation Programme to residents of Stoke-on-Trent, providing expert guidance and support. • Engage proactively with key priority groups, including those living with long-term health conditions and individuals accessing services via bespoke referral pathways. • Deliver high-quality, engaging health and wellbeing sessions that encourage long-term behavioural change. • Work both independently and as part of a wider team to ensure seamless service delivery. • Maintain excellent communication with participants, colleagues, and healthcare professionals. • Manage workload efficiently, complete administrative tasks, and attend meetings as required.
