Hours: Monday to Friday (with every second Saturday required, but will get a day back the following week for this)

Job Role:
First Mortgage are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisers to join our award-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to contribute exceptional advice and customer service within our retention operation. As one of the UK’s leading mortgage brokers, this role offers a dynamic environment where you can develop your skills while providing outstanding service to existing clients.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Deliver expert mortgage and protection advice over the phone to clients, focusing on renewals and maximising case sizes
2. Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition and the benefits to clients
3. Provide protection advice in line with mortgage offerings
4. Achieve consistent sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector
5. Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA standards and regulations
6. Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards
7. Take on a minimum of 20 pre-qualified appointments each month from an existing client base
8. Handle appointments and consultations in a flexible manner
9. Collaborate with a dedicated Case Manager to ensure successful client outcomes
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. CeMAP qualified
2. Previous experience in delivering mortgage & protection advice is essential
3. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
4. Ability to provide telephone-based client advice
5. Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products
