Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for driving impactful change in government IT projects? We are seeking a talented and dedicated Social Program Management (SPM) Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to innovative and transformative projects!
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
* Elicit & Document Requirements: Lead all stages of the change lifecycle, gathering and documenting detailed requirements, business rules, and processes.
* Collaborate & Analyze: Work closely with stakeholders to define and model business processes, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
* IBM Curam SPM Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of IBM Curam SPM or PIPCS software to drive successful project outcomes.
* Work on High-Impact UK Benefits Projects: Bring your expertise from working on UK benefits like Personal Independence Payment (PIP) to improve services for citizens.
* Agile Methodology: Write user stories and use cases, applying Agile principles in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
💡 Required Skills & Experience:
* 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in government IT projects across all stages of the change lifecycle.
* 5+ years working with IBM Curam SPM software or similar systems (PIPCS).
* Proven track record with UK Benefit programs (e.g., Personal Independence Payment).
* Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to create clear and concise requirements and user stories.
* A deep understanding of business process documentation and business modelling techniques.
* Must be proficient in English (strong command of the language required).
🎯 Essential Qualifications:
* IBM Curam SPM experience is a must.
* BPSS Clearance -(willing to undergo)
