Customer Service Adviser
Full time, permanent position
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Starting salary £25k
Location: Dorchester NFU Mutual, DT1 1EF

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Dorchester Agency.
About the role:
As a Customer Service Adviser in the Dorchester Office, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Key responsibilities include:
1. Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and in person
2. Introducing suitable products and services to new and existing customers
3. Following training, the successful candidate will be setting up and managing claims; ensuring that our customers receive the highest standard of service at the time they need us most.
About you:
You're positive and proactive; you enjoy talking to people and take pride in providing great customer service. You have great communication skills, and you're a confident IT user (full training on our IT systems will be provided, but experience of using CRM systems would be an advantage). Moreover, you enjoy working in a small team and are looking to work in an environment in which your contribution makes a real difference to our customers.
