Oracle / Supply Chain Manager - Outside IR35 – Hybrid working – 6 months initially
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with strong project management skills and expertise in Oracle Fusion to support a high-profile transformation programme. Experience in the defence sector is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
* Lead supply chain transformation projects, including the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion .
* Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams to streamline procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
* Analyse supply chain performance, identify risks, and develop continuous improvement strategies .
* Support cross-functional teams in integrating Oracle Fusion SCM modules, ensuring seamless adoption and functionality.
* Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager with a strong project management background .
* Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM (Supply Chain Management) or similar ERP systems .
* Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management .
* Ability to engage with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive process improvements.
* Experience in regulated industries (defence, manufacturing, aerospace) is beneficial but not essential.
