Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Energy & Power team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role would suit either a new Graduate/School Leaver looking to start a career within Insurance or an experienced Administrator with good attention to detail and time management skills, looking for a unique new opportunity within a niche market working for a market leading Insurance Broker. The successful candidate will work with a team in Norwich but a wider team of 60 based offshore in India, offering an excellent opportunity to join an established processing team.You will get in-depth on the job training and learn about insurance, insurance broking as well as building relationships within the business and outside with our partners. We will count on you to: Work on various tasks such as processing invoices, preparing documents, servicing policies, etc. Manage and prioritize own workload to meet individual SLA, KPI and Quality targets. Work closely with our offshore teams. Ensure the quality delivery of services and full compliance with quality and operational standards. Be open to change and contribute to the Continuous improvement journey. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintain an awareness of the customer’s business and insurance needs. What you need to have: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid numeracy skills The ability embrace change The ability to build, manage and develop relationships.
