As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for…
1. Lead a shift team to where team members are driven, dedicated and supported to develop and reach their full potential.
2. Plan and prioritise the shift workload, create PPM’s to ensure machine output is maximised.
3. Write rams and ensure all contractors and colleagues work in a safe manor.
4. 1 to 1’s and disciplinaries
The Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor
5. MUST be level 3 qualified minimum in electrical or mechanical engineering.
6. Previous management or team leader experience is essential.
7. Must have Industrial experience
8. Great knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles.
