We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Master Data & Set-Up Specialist to join our Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of master data, ensuring it aligns with our strategic priorities and supports seamless product launches and business operations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end data processes for Brand, Own Label, and Third-Party NPD, ensuring alignment with business timelines. Maintain and update product and customer data in systems such as Dynamics/IFS Hub, Optimity, and Commercial reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and define requirements. Support data governance initiatives and work closely with the Data Integrity Manager to implement best practices. Act as the central point of contact for product information management, advising Commercial and Marketing teams. Ensure timely data set-up to enable forecasting and maintain system alignment across departments. Administer Smartsheet NPD processes and update Data Input Hub systems. Sounds interesting, what do I need? Essential: Minimum 2 years’ experience in master data management or data governance. Proficiency in data management systems, web-based applications, and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment. The ability to travel to all of our sites across the South West. Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of food manufacturing processes. Why should I join the family?
