Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of selling products and services to the UK Telco & Broadband Industry.
We have innovative solutions for Telco & Broadband operators, ranging from Fixed & Wireless access network services to Telco grade network and operation automation services hence, experience in selling products and services to Telecom and Operator in the UK market is a must. This role requires a strategic thinker with technical acumen and exceptional relationship-building skills
Requirements
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
* Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
o Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the UK wireless market.
* Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
o Identify and engage with potential clients across Telco/FTTx/MNOs as well as target industries for 5G Private Networks e.g. manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and more
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, technical teams, and decision-makers.
o Understand clients' business needs and propose tailored wireless solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives.
* Sales and Revenue Growth:
o Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
o Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging your industry knowledge and technical expertise to present compelling value propositions.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
* Partnership Development:
o Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, service providers, and other key players in the wireless ecosystem.
o Collaborate with partners to co-create and promote innovative solutions that enhance our market offering.
* Thought Leadership and Advocacy:
o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase our expertise and thought leadership in wireless technology.
o Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.
Educational qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
· 4 to 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the wireless industry, with a focus on 4G, 5G, FWA, and 5G Private Networks.
· Strong technical understanding of wireless technologies and their applications across various industries.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
