Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Lincoln, Kettlethorpe LN1
Pay Rates: £11.50 per hour.
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, with 30min paid break.
Own transport is esential due to client location!
Barker Ross is currently recruiting for Production Operative for our client specialising in products for agriculture, horticulture, forestry, amenities, and landscaping. Based just out of Lincoln, this is a temporary ongoing position… with the potential to join the company following a successful probation period.
This company are looking for candidate that want to join the business on an ongoing basis and grow with their company. They have excellent prospects and opportunities going forward.
The Job Summary:
· Stacking products in an orderly fashion on to Pallets ensuring they are in a safe condition.
· Working on the production lines as part of a team
· Labelling Products
· Lifting Products up to 25KG
· Blending products to predetermined ingredients - not deviating from the instruction.
Responsibilities:
· Processing of Liquid Products as per the requirements of the customer
· Adhering to strict Health & Safety regulations regarding the mixing of potentially harmful substances
· Cleaning of plastic and metal tanks
· Movement of Liquids in a safe manner
· Monitoring of stock levels, communicating with the relevant departments for ordering
· Liaising with the Technical and Quality Teams to test sample mixes of liquids.
· All other related tasks as requested by the Management Team
To be successful you will need:
· To be aware that the working areas are often out in all-weather terrain.
· Happy to work in cold weather.
· Your own transport is essential, due to the location of the site.
