The Role:
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM Manager to own our lifecycle marketing programmes and help our members achieve long-term health and wellbeing goals.
You'll shape the CRM roadmap, deliver personalised, data-led journeys, and work closely with behavioural scientists, product teams and analysts to align CRM with app features and habit-forming moments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and deliver the CRM strategy to drive growth, engagement and retention.
2. Plan and optimise multichannel lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app.
3. Create automated journeys triggered by behaviours and user lifecycles using Klaviyo.
4. Develop impactful segmentation and personalisation strategies.
5. Run A/B tests and experiments to optimise performance.
6. Report on CRM effectiveness across key user journeys and cohorts.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM with user experience and habit-building features.
8. Line-manage and support the development of a CRM Executive.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
The Person:
1. Proven CRM or lifecycle marketing experience (ideally in wellness, apps or digital products).
2. Hands-on with tools like Klaviyo and behavioural targeting strategies.
3. Confident in using data to inform decisions and drive results.
4. Experience working cross-functionally and mentoring others.
5. A passion for health, wellness and positive behaviour change.
