We are looking for motivated individuals to support Bright Futures Care in delivering tailored, person-centred community-based care and education to children and adults with autism, complex needs, and learning disabilities at our high-quality locations.
We are hiring Residential Support Workers for our home in St Helens, supporting 3 adults with autism and learning disabilities.
Support Worker Salary - £31,935 per annum (including 1 sleep-in shift per week). The hourly rate is £13.00.
As a Support Worker, you will provide high standards of care, understand individual needs, plan activities, and support residents to live fulfilling lives. Your work schedule will include full day shifts (14 hours) and sleep-in shifts overnight, with rota patterns provided in advance for work-life balance.

Requirements:
* Experience as a carer is preferred but full training and induction are provided.
* Driver's license is advantageous but not essential.
