What You'll Be Doing: Qualifying potential new clients. They may have the budget and the need, but it's just as important for us that our clients share the same values as us. Allowing the team to achieve a long-term and enjoyable partnership Prepare eye-catching proposals and presentations to pitch our services to potential clients. You will use your sales instincts and your personality to turn a prospect into a client Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, and track leads, opportunities, and deals Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure a win-win outcome Manage and grow overall client revenue and handle your own client portfolio Manage referrals, renewals, and upsells with current clients Leading the onboarding process Presenting monthly performance calls to clients Ad-hoc calls throughout the month checking in with clients Measuring the retention rate Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business Read reports of subordinates and communicate overall quarterly/annual progress to senior management What you’ll need: Must have a proven track record of building and executing sales strategies to penetrate, close, and manage business This position requires strong account management, client interface, and presentation skills In-depth understanding of client business driver's strategy and buying cycles The ability to think on your feet, and build rapport with a wide variety of characters from different industries and backgrounds Proactive and results-driven Strong time management skills and looking to improve processes and maximize opportunities for high efficiency To be a genuine team player, both in the office and in our darts team competitions.
