As the first point of contact for our users, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support and ensuring a smooth and productive IT experience.
You’ll combine your technical expertise with outstanding communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, while also contributing to the ongoing development of our Service Desk.
• Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and chat, resolving a wide range of technical issues with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Triage and resolve support requests logged in our service desk management application, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Image and configure IT devices, including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring they are ready for user deployment.
• Create and manage user accounts, adhering to security protocols and best practices.
• Training junior members of the service desk team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their growth and development.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation, promoting self-service and improving team efficiency.
