The Role: Technical Account Manager
This is your chance to lead a team of 6 account managers globally and become the trusted advisor for top-tier clients, ensuring stellar service delivery and innovative solutions. You’ll play a key role in projects, operations, and industry events, making a real impact every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Leading projects for new services and features.
2. Managing service delivery for global mobile network operators.
3. Acting as the first point of contact for operational requests.
4. Providing training and top-notch post-implementation support.
5. Driving customer satisfaction with clear communication and SLA performance.
6. Representing the company in industry meetings (GSMA).
What You Bring:
1. Experience in the clearing industry – essential.
2. Strong track record in technical account management.
3. A university degree.
4. Familiarity with business intelligence tools – a plus!
5. Managerial experience – preferred.
6. Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus!).
7. Solid skills in MS Office.
